Payment is made in advance, no later than 24 hours before the session. Your time slot is booked once the payment is received. You can pay for each session separately or for a month at once.

Yes. You can cancel or reschedule a session no later than 24 hours before it starts. If less than 24 hours remain, the session is charged in full. Force-majeure situations can, of course, be discussed individually.

Online sessions are held via video on Google Meet. All you need is a stable internet connection, headphones and a quiet place where you feel comfortable and safe.

Terms of cooperation

payment for a consultation is made in advance or no later than 24 hours before the session;

cancelling or rescheduling is possible no later than 24 hours in advance; if cancelled less than 24 hours before the session, the consultation is charged (force-majeure situations can, of course, be discussed individually);
payment can be made per session, or in advance for a month or for several sessions;

If you decide to end therapy, it's important to have a closing session to sum up the process and properly conclude our work together.

Payment is accepted in any currency at the euro exchange rate on the day of payment, by card, or in cash if the consultation is offline.
