About me

I am a psychotherapist, but first of all a person who loves life and sincerely believes that even small steps can lead to big changes.

I have always been curious about why we live through similar situations so differently. How childhood experience shapes adult life, why we repeat the same scenarios, and why it is sometimes so hard to hear ourselves.

At one point I was also searching for answers to many questions about myself, learning to hear my own needs, build healthy relationships and find inner support. It was this curiosity about people, their inner world and the process of change that led me to psychology, and later to psychotherapy.

Today I love my work for the opportunity to be alongside people at important moments of their lives, helping them better understand themselves and their needs, find inner support and gradually discover their own path.

I believe that the quality of our relationships with others begins with our relationship with ourselves.

I believe a good therapist doesn't just study — they live. It is our own experience, curiosity about life and self-care that help us understand others better.

That is why outside of work I am nourished by walks with my dog, time with my family, nature, travel, yoga, tennis and spontaneous adventures.

I love discovering new places, learning, getting to know different cultures and simply noticing beauty in simple moments. They help me restore my resources, stay open to life and bring that attention and presence into my work with clients.
