Let's get acquainted
My name is Anna Nuzhna. I hold a master's degree in psychology and I'm a psychotherapist in the method of transactional analysis.
I work online with clients all over the world and offline, offering individual consultations and working with couples and businesses in Ukrainian, English and Russian.
What matters most to me is that the person next to me can be themselves.
I am a full member of the Ukrainian Transactional Analysis Community (USTA) and the European Association for Transactional Analysis (EATA).
My values are grounded in safety, respect and confidentiality. I help people better understand themselves, build healthy relationships, get through difficult life periods, and find inner support.

How I work
For me, psychotherapy isn't about ready-made advice or universal answers. It's a process in which we explore your history, feelings, needs, and life patterns together. Gradually you start to understand yourself better, find inner support, and live through a new experience of safe relationships — one that eventually becomes a foundation for change beyond the therapy room.
I believe every person already has the resources for growth within them. Sometimes all they need is support, safe contact, and time for those resources to emerge.
A safe space
I create an atmosphere of trust where you can be yourself and talk about anything without fear of being judged
An individual approach
I take into account not just your difficulties, but also your resources, life history, and personal traits.
Integrative work
I combine transactional analysis with CBT, trauma therapy, mindfulness, and other modern approaches based on your request.
Lasting change
Therapy isn't only about understanding the problem — it's about a new experience and real change in your life.
Therapy may be helpful for you if:
You constantly feel anxious, tense, or emotionally unstable
The same patterns keep repeating in your relationships
It's hard for you to trust people or build close relationships
You constantly criticize yourself and feel "not good enough"
You often doubt yourself or your decisions
It's hard for you to understand your wants, needs, or make choices
It's hard for you to say "no" or set boundaries
You feel stuck and don't know which way to move forward
You feel emotionally burnt out — rest no longer restores you
You are going through a crisis, loss, or a time of major change
You notice emotional dependency on a partner or relationship
You want to understand yourself better and find inner support
Even if there's no clear request, but there's a feeling that 'something is wrong' — that's already a good enough reason to come.
How Our First Meeting Goes
The first meeting is simply getting acquainted. You don't need to prepare or know what to talk about — we'll figure it out together, step by step.
We talk about what brought you
You'll tell it in your own words, no preparation needed.
We shape the request
Together we outline what you'd like to work on.
We get acquainted
We see whether it feels comfortable to work together.
We discuss further work
If you wish — the format, pace and next steps.
Sometimes even the first meeting brings more clarity and relief.

You may have questions
Psychotherapy can be helpful not only when it feels like everything is falling apart. People often come to therapy feeling anxious or exhausted, struggling in relationships, inwardly lost — or simply wanting to understand themselves better. If you have long felt that you would like something in your life to change, that alone is reason enough to reach out.
The first session is about getting to know each other. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what you expect from our work and what changes you would like to achieve. I will also tell you about my approach and the format of our work, and answer all your questions. You don't need to come with ready answers or a clear plan.
Yes. Online sessions are a fully-fledged format and are just as effective as meeting in person.
Most often I recommend meeting once a week. This regularity helps sustain the therapeutic process and move gradually towards the changes you want. At the same time, we agree on the frequency individually, depending on your request.
It depends on your goals, your request and the depth of change you are looking for. For some people a few months are enough; working with deeper life patterns may take longer.
Yes. Confidentiality is one of the basic principles of my work. Everything that happens in therapy stays between us.
